A pale yellow beer, cloudy with a milky appearance.
Compact white head. Scents of spices, citrus, honey, chamomile and grain.
A sweet and delicate flavour with a slight bitter note which begs for another sip.
Strolling in June in the countryside, we run into golden yellow fields, on whose banks grow plants of chamomile.
The bees which buzz around the flowers draw the nectar and turn this into honey.
You will find the grain from those fields, the chamomile and honey in this great reinterpretation of a blanche style beer,
where classic citrus aromas, coriander and grain are enriched with hints of our countryside.
The result is a sweet and slightly bitter beer. Overall light, fruity and spicy, easy to drink but with very intense scents and flavours.
